Our weekly online meditation class is a soft landing place to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Each session includes guided relaxation, light intention-setting, and space to reset together as a community. Come as you are: no pressure, just peace.

Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Deposit: Gratitude Sundays are Pay What You Can. We prefer to book ahead so that all documents can be signed and we can begin on time. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling: -Cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours before class. -Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of class will result in a forfeiture of the class amount. 4. Arrival and Late Policy: - Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. - Late arrivals may not be accommodated to avoid disruption to the class. 5. Health and Safety: -Please inform the instructor of any health concerns, injuries, or medical conditions before the class. - Follow any health and safety guidelines provided by the instructor or the facility. 6. Class Etiquette: - Respect the instructor and fellow participants by maintaining a quiet, focused environment during the class. - Please silence all electronic devices before the class begins. 7. Facility Rules: - Follow all rules and regulations of the facility. - Make sure to grab all personal belongings after the class. By booking with us, you agree to adhere to the above policies.
