The "Struggle" Tool

This tool was developed in collaboration with Episode 4: "Utilizing "The Struggle" for Your Good."  It is meant to assist you in shifting your mindset from feeling defeated or simply avoiding your struggle and instead teaching you to work through that difficult place where you are struggling.
