We provide customized Yoga experiences for events, conferences, parties, nonprofits, and schools. Sessions combine gentle movement, breathwork, and guided meditation to help participants slow down, reset, and restore. We offer yoga for: Private parties Schools & youth groups Churches & ministries Nonprofit events Corporate wellness Retreats & special gatherings Important: No weekly or drop-in classes By booking only Led by a 300-hour Registered Master Christian Yoga Instructor trained through Holy Yoga and Yoga Faith Combined Experiences Speaking + Yoga Bookings: For groups seeking a more immersive experience, speaking and yoga can be combined into a single offering, allowing participants to engage both their minds and bodies through reflection, movement, and guided stillness.

Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Deposit: Gratitude Sundays are Pay What You Can. We prefer to book ahead so that all documents can be signed and we can begin on time. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling: -Cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours before class. -Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of class will result in a forfeiture of the class amount. 4. Arrival and Late Policy: - Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. - Late arrivals may not be accommodated to avoid disruption to the class. 5. Health and Safety: -Please inform the instructor of any health concerns, injuries, or medical conditions before the class. - Follow any health and safety guidelines provided by the instructor or the facility. 6. Class Etiquette: - Respect the instructor and fellow participants by maintaining a quiet, focused environment during the class. - Please silence all electronic devices before the class begins. 7. Facility Rules: - Follow all rules and regulations of the facility. - Make sure to grab all personal belongings after the class. By booking with us, you agree to adhere to the above policies.
