A one-hour slow, meditative Christ-centered yoga flow for all levels! Next Class: October 21 @ 12:30 pm Please arrive 5 minutes early! We have a few mats available for those who do not own mats. Note: If you previously had a package and did not use all of your classes, don't hesitate to get in touch with me, and I will manually add you to the class. You will have until March 1, 2024 to use your pass. Booking Instructions: Select "Book Now" Select "Check the Next Available Date" Select the "time" for the upcoming class. Select "Next". Our sessions help you learn to be still in your current season and truly hear what God is speaking. We encourage you to do 4 things in our Gratitude sessions: 1) Meet Jesus on your mat. 2) Release every thought/weight that you are thinking/unknowingly carrying. 3) TRUST what He pours into you. 4) Find Gratitude in that place. 🚨Classes are Non-refundable. If you reach out to us at least 1 hour before class, we can manually move you to another session of your choice as a credit for the missed class. If you have COVID/cold-like symptoms or have been around someone with COVID, please refrain from coming. Please bring your mats if you have one. You may also bring any props (not required) you desire: blocks, blankets, pillows, or bolsters. These sessions are a part of our community sessions that are always offered at an affordable rate. We aim to breathe life into our local community through meditation and movement. Note: All of our yoga classes are Christian-based, with our primary focal point being Jesus and what He is speaking to us this season. We base our teachings on the training we have received from Holy Yoga® and YogaFaith.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance in order to receive a refund. Package prices are non-refundable.
